Welcome to Travel Lite Rentals! By renting equipment from us or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Agreement

By placing an order, you agree to rent baby equipment and related items (“Equipment”) from Travel Lite Rentals for the selected rental period. The renter (“Customer,” “you”) assumes full responsibility for the Equipment during the rental period.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to rent from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
• Applicable South Carolina sales tax will be added at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

4. Delivery

• Delivery and pickup times will be scheduled at booking.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
• If access is restricted (gated communities, hotels, etc.), you must ensure we can complete delivery.
• Missed or delayed access may result in additional fees.
• Delivery Area Notice: We currently deliver throughout Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. Locations more than 25 miles from Myrtle Beach may be subject to an additional delivery fee. If applicable, we will contact you before confirming your reservation. 

5. Use of Equipment

• Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.
• You agree to follow all manufacturer safety guidelines.
• Equipment must not be modified, misused, or transferred to another party.
• Adult supervision is required at all times when equipment is in use.

6. Conditions and Inspection

• All equipment is cleaned and inspected prior to delivery.
• You agree to inspect items upon delivery and notify us immediately of any issues.
• Continued use indicates acceptance of the equipment in its current condition.

7. Damage, Loss, or Theft

• You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Lost or stolen items will be charged at replacement value.
• Cleaning fees may apply for excessively dirty returns.

9. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Travel Lite Rentals is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of rented equipment.
• You assume all risks associated with the use of the Equipment.
• You agree to release and hold harmless Travel Lite Rentals from any claims arising from use of the Equipment.
• E-Signatures will be obtained upon delivery

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend Travel Lite Rentals against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Equipment or violation of these Terms.

11. Late Return

• Equipment not available for pickup at the scheduled time may incur additional rental fees.
• Continued possession beyond the rental period may result in daily charges.

12. Clean and Sanitation

• All items are cleaned and sanitized between rentals.
• While we follow strict cleaning procedures, you acknowledge that complete sterilization cannot be guaranteed.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
